The importance and uniqueness of dog modules

When interacting and working with dogs, you truly have the opportunity to experience what is often called "the present moment."
Attention requires you to be present, otherwise the chatter of the mind will lead you astray. Learning to pay attention will be the key to success when gathering data before making decisions.
Since dogs can reflect your current inner state without any hidden intentions, they can easily tell you how you affect others in a given mood and situation. They won't lie to you!
Participants can learn a lot about their own functioning through understanding the dogs' feedback. The question always remains: are you brave enough to look into this mirror?
We translate all our findings into a business context, recognizing the fundamental root causes of effective or developing collaboration.
In addition to the above, the presence of dogs helps to engage and engage participants, and due to the strong visuality, participants tend to remember it for a very long time.

Animal-assisted training in practice

In justified cases, when we feel that we would like to make the experiences even more vivid and deeper in the development process → we include dogs and/or horses in some modules.
This opportunity will allow our participants to gain additional experiences that will further deepen the training impact and implementation.
It is important that in each "animal" module, it is the participants' own decision to what extent they are connected to animals (direct or indirect). We will find a meaningful, valuable role for everyone, which they can later use for their own benefit or that of their team.
We respect any possible fears or objections, and our trainers handle them with great routine and dedication when they encounter such a situation.
In development, we build on the experiences, feelings, and connections gained from the presence of animals and from connecting/cooperating with them.
Animals are not a continuous part of the training, they are connected in modules when justified.
